THE DEPARTMENT

BSc Biochemistry course was started in 1992. MSc Bioinformatics course was started in 2002 and M.Phil in Bioinformatics in the year 2005.

ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Students secure University ranks every year.
  • Students have so far Secured 28 University ranks so far -21 in UG and 7 in PG.

  • One student has won the Somasundaram Science award for securing I rank among all the science courses in Bharathiyar University.

  • Student get selected in Campus interviews.
